He worked for many years with his father in his firm and gained experience about this business in almost every context. But he didn’t limit his scope to that concern only. He wanted to test his own abilities. So, he started up a new venture. Since then he has been doing his every bit to make his business successful. He didn’t face many problems as this was in a comfortable platform. The growth is increasing every year and such is the dedication and hardwork of the person that the sales increased 20-25% every year and the growth is amazing. He is handling this concern very efficiently. As far as marketing is concerned, they advertise through newspaper and do keep in touch with regular customers. Sales are at their peak from October till February, this being marriage and festive season. They raise many offers like discounts on polishing and labouring charges at initial stage to attract the customers. But the strategies vary from time to time. About the future, they are into plans to expand the current business by taking many franchises into consideration.
